1875 K Street is a 191,267 square foot office building located in the heart of Washington, DC’s Central Business District. Collaborating with the hospitality design firm ForrestPerkins, 1875 K Street will undergo a building repositioning which includes a full lobby renovation, installation of a new coffee bar, fitness center enhancements, and the addition of a third-floor conference center and lounge that can accommodate up to 100 people.

The new design narrative and programming at 1875 K Street focuses on creating intimate, hotel-style spaces that offer an elegant but relaxed environment, while respecting the original architecture and integrating new materials to create a unique, timeless aesthetic. The repositioning is expected to deliver in early 2025.
