Market-leading global consulting firm renews 21,910-square-foot lease within Downtown Boston office tower
Carr Properties (“Carr”), a leading owner, operator, and developer of premium commercial office and residential properties, announced today that FTI Consulting has renewed its lease at 200 State Street in the Financial District of Boston, Massachusetts. The firm will continue to occupy 21,910 square feet on the 9th floor of the 16-story office building, which now stands at 94% leased.

200 State Street is a 16-story, LEED Gold office building located on the Greenway adjacent to Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The building offers unobstructed views of Boston Harbor and immediate access to public transit.
Recently, Carr delivered an extensive building renovation which included a full upgrade of the main lobby, an addition of a large fitness center with locker and shower facilities, and the installation of a café lobby kiosk offering food and beverage service from For Five Coffee Roasters.
