Carr Properties is pleased to announce that it was recognized by Realcomm as the recipient of two Digie (Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation) Awards at the annual Realcomm | IBcon 2021 conference on November 2.
For the second year in a row, Carr Properties won the “Best Use of Automation” in the Commercial Real Estate category, highlighting the company’s effort to “apply an extraordinary level of automation, technology and innovation to business processes.” Director of Technology Initiatives, Aaron Altscher, dives into the specifics behind the data-driven initiatives putting Carr Properties ahead of the industry in his interview with Realcomm’s Howard Berger, which can be found here.
Additionally, Carr Properties’ Chief Technology Officer, Ilan Zachar, was awarded the Realcomm Julie Devine Digital Impact Award. Considered one of the most prestigious awards given by the organization, the Realcomm Julie Devine Digital Impact Award acknowledges “individuals who saw things ahead of their associates, had the courage to leave the mainstream and the tenacity to keep standing up after possibly many failed attempts.”
