Globally renowned law firm signs a 10-year renewal lease, taking an additional floor within the DC office building bringing its total footprint to 78,740 square feet
Globally renowned law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP has signed a 10-year renewal and expansion lease at 1700 New York in the heart of Washington, DC’s Central Business District, Carr Properties (“Carr”) has announced. The company will take an additional 14,608 square feet of space within the trophy office property and now occupy the entire 4th through 8th floors of the building, bringing its total footprint to approximately 80,000 square feet.
